UK Mainland: For deliveries to the UK mainland there is a minimum standard rate of £3.95 for orders up to 0.5kg in weight, for orders above 0.5kg please see the table below. Our website calculates the weight of your order and postage and packaging will be charged accordingly. The appropriate charge will be automatically added to your order before any transaction is completed to allow alterations or cancellations if required. Please note large bulky items are calculated as volumetric weights Orders weighing up to 2kg will mainly be dispatched via 1st class Royal Mail depending upon size, orders over 2kg will be dispatched via courier on a next day service and will need signing for. If there will be no-one in you can opt to have your order left with a neighbour but you must state this in the comments section when ordering. To assist safe handling the maximum parcel dimensions that can be accepted are 2.10m x 1.05m x 1.05m. In the event that an order exceeds this size we may have to split your order into 2 parcels. Republic of Ireland & Europe Due to a large amount of Royal Mail parcels going missing enroute to Europe we now only send by Royal Mail Airsure. Unfortunately this means the price of shipping up to 2kg has gone up. Parcels up to 2 kg will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure service, parcels above 2kg will be sent via courier on a 3 - 6 day road delivery service. Prices are dependent upon which zone you are in, please check below: If you require a more urgent delivery please give us a call and we will get a quote for express airmail delivery.
Any countries not listed please contact us on 01224 275784 as we will have to get a quote for delivery Due to varying weights and sizes of our products and the varying costs for postage to these areas we regret that we will need to find a quote for orders over 25kg Delivery ScheduleOrders received before 1.00pm Monday - Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day, orders received after 1.00pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following working day.. Orders received at the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. Parcels below 2kg: Parcels above 2kg: If you require a Saturday delivery (UK mainland only) there is an extra £15 charge per consignment, please email or call for further details. Bank Holidays are not classed as working days and as such there may be some delay in receiving your order. If you require a guaranteed next day courier service for parcels below 2kg please call us on 01224 275784, the postage charge will have to be charged at the 2 - 10kg price. We are unable to deliver to addresses containing a PO Box number or FREEPOST addresses. If in the unlikely event that your goods are not received within 10 working days of ordering, please notify us by email or by telephone on 01224 275784 and quote your order number We cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay on delivery of the goods Receiving Your GoodsPlease note that a majority of deliveries are sent by Courier and MUST be signed for. If there is no-one in to receive the parcel a card will be left so a more convenient time can be arranged for delivery. Alternatively you can leave a signed note for the driver to leave your parcel at a neighbour's address. If the goods are not checked on receipt please sign as unchecked, otherwise any claims for damage caused in transit would not be upheld by the courier. If you have any special requirements, please ensure you leave details in the comments section of your order or call us to make us aware of the details. Please note that a charge may apply for special arrangements. Checking the Status of Your OrderYou can check the status of your order by checking your 'Order History' of your account or phone us direct on 01224 275784. Our GuaranteeIf at any time you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, please notify us by email within 2 working days of your delivery. You should then arrange for the unwanted items to be returned to us in the condition in which they were received. We recommend you send the goods recorded delivery for your own protection. On receipt of the returned goods we will arrange for your account to be credited with the full cost of the goods only. Please note credit card companies do not allow refunds to any other card. You must allow 7 working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. Returns PolicyYour rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Faulty/Damaged ItemsAll of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item. Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure your goods are in good condition. Please note that we will cover the cost of return where the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part. Please contact us for returns authorisation before sending the goods back or we may be unable to process your claim. Unwanted ItemsItems may be returned providing that you do so within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition and fully packaged in original packaging so the item can be re-sold to another customer.
